General Rules & Regulations

Animals will NOT be allowed in Cowboy Hall and we prefer if you leave all your animals at home!

  1. Inside exhibits will be accepted on Thursday evening, between 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and on Friday morning between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon. 

  2. Only ONE entry per person in each class will be accepted. 

  3. Decisions of the judges will be final.

  4. The Bosque Farms Community Fair Association will exercise reasonable care in the protection of exhibits, but assumes no responsibility for exhibits that are lost or damaged.

  5. Pets will NOT be allowed inside the exhibit area (Cowboy Hall).

  6. All entries must be picked up, claim check required, between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm on Saturday.  No responsibility is assumed for exhibits not picked up by the deadline.

  7. Persons who may exhibit at the Bosque Farms Community Fair are:

    • Residents or owners of property in the Village of Bosque Farms or nearby communities as outlined in the Property Map;

    • Any student attending a school located within the Boundary Map;

    • Professionals* (will not be judged).

  8. Intoxicated persons will be asked to leave.  ​

  9. Pets are NOT permitted on the grounds except during the Pet Parade on Saturday and will NOT be allowed to be sold on the grounds!

* Professional Exhibits - As a courtesy and service for our local businesses, we offer a professional category.  This permits professional artists, craftsman, and businesses to display their products and services.  Participants may include business cards with their displays.  Entries are limited to space available.

Boundary Map

North boundary - North end of Isleta

South boundary - Morris Road

East Boundary - Manzano Foothills

West Boundary - to Rio Puerco
